As our client you are protected by a robust regulatory regime and the comprehensive policies which we've put in place to ensure that our relationship can end as painlessly and quickly as possible.

We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

REGULATORY PROTECTION

Unless we agree otherwise, you will be classified as a ‘Retail Client’ so that you are afforded the highest possible level of regulatory protection. That way, if we can not mutually resolve any complaint between us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN SERVICE (FOS)

The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) provides consumers with a free, informal and independent service to help settle disputes with financial firms. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of any complaint, you have the right to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service, free of charge, at The Financial Ombudsman Service, Exchange Tower, London E14 9SR, or by going to their website www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk.

FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPENSATION SCHEME (FSCS)

We are also covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). You may be entitled to compensation from this scheme if we cannot meet our obligations.


OTHER PROTECTIONS

PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY INSURANCE

Our clients receive a further level of protection via our Professional Indemnity Insurance policy.  This can help us to meet any claim that we become legally liable to pay.

 

 

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

We will always endeavour to provide a quality service to our clients. If, however, you wish to make a complaint about our service, we have a procedure to handle your concerns effectively and fairly in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's complaint handling rules.
